Summer Field School (Hybrid) on Mountain Ecosystems and Resource Management
Description
This international educational program examines the mountain ecosystems in contexts of human development and natural resources, principles of managing natural resources, and governing the resources for property conservation. A representational process on case studies from a good variety of the present natural resources across the world, the program considers however completely different social, political, economic and cultural and gender aspects contend for and sustain the natural resources in mountain ecosystems. The program conjointly examines how environmental activists and their interventions preserved parks, energy, water, and land in the face of climate variability based on a gender perspective. The program can contemplate however the present international and development system elaborates and processes to sustainably manage the offered natural resources in mountain landscapes.
